Mono

MONO is a woodcut that forms a pair with DUO. The prints explore words derived from Greek and Latin roots, respectively. The result is a collection of seemingly random elements, bound together by a strong colour and a shared starting point. In both woodcuts, one finds figures relating to the themes of biology, technology, science and culture.
