At Artistic Square, we carefully prepare and package each artwork to ensure safe delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom, made-to-order, or commissioned works may require additional preparation time. Customers will be informed accordingly.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within:

• Denmark
• Selected EU countries

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Denmark: 2–7 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Artistic Square is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Price of the artwork
• Selected shipping method

Custom duties and taxes (for non-EU countries) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Packaging & Handling

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transport.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the provided shipping address.

If an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at:

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Artistic Square is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
