Born in the ancient Silk Road city of Samarkand, Makhin is the founder and creative soul behind Misgur - a handmade jewelry and accessories brand where heritage meets purpose.

A descendant of eight generations of blacksmiths, she grew up carrying the fire of craftsmanship in her blood, even while pursuing two careers far beyond the art world. Yet destiny, memory, and the call of creation eventually brought her back to her roots. What began as a creative journey soon became a social mission to transform art into a force for compassion and change. Through every handcrafted piece, Makhin weaves together the spirit of Central Asia, timeless artistry, and human connection.
