Handbuilding ceramic | August 19th 17.00-19.30
Make your new favorite cup or bowl, or both!
Join us Wednesday, 19th of August, from 17.00 to 19.30 and create your own hand-built ceramic cup, bowl, or both!
You don’t need any previous experience with clay, and the artist will be guiding you through your creative process. You will be using basic handbuilding techniques (pinch building and slab building). You can decorate your work with texture, slip (liquid clay), or choose to get your piece glazed with the glaze you choose.
Afterwards, the artist will be taking care of the drying, firing, and glazing. You can pick up your work 2 weeks after the workshop, during the gallery opening hours. We can also send your work, but the shipping cost will be added to the workshop price.
Teaching language: Danish, English, and Finnish.
We need a minimum of three participants by Sunday, the 16th of August, or we will unfortunately have to cancel the event.
