Ceramics course for beginners - introduction to ceramics, Winter 2027

6 weeks, 18 hours in total.
In this introductory course to ceramics, you will learn the basic techniques of ceramics. We will go in depth on hand-building techniques (coiling, pinching, and slab-building), and you will also be introduced to wheel throwing. You will gain basic knowledge about the ceramic working process, decoration techniques, and glazing. You will be learning both in theory and in practice.

After the course, you are ready to work more independently with the material.
6 Tuesdays from 17.00 to 20.00 (02/02, 09/02, 23/02, 02/03, 09/03, and 16/03).

Teaching language: Danish, English, and Finnish.
